Nanoelectronic Organohybrid Laboratory(NEOH Lab.) has been conducting research since 1996 at Korea University's Department of Material Science and Engineering.

NEOH Lab. focuses on research and development of polymer composite materials for commercialization of composite materials that combine epoxy, thermosetting resin, and thermoplastic resin with carbon nanotubes, carbon nanoplates, etc.

Epoxy molding compound used for semiconductor packaging, ion blocking film for semiconductor, nanoparticle surface treatment and purification technology, and electromagnetic shielding materials using carbon nanotubes are actively being studied.
