Flexible Planar Heater
The purpose of the present study is to develop a flexible planar heating material and a high power heater which are attached to a battery pack partition wall, a floor surface, or a battery surface to control the temperature of the battery to normally drive the battery even in a low temperature environment to prevent the performance of the battery from being lowered at low temperatures.
For this purpose, the design and Manufacturing technology development for low-resistance high-power nanocomposite heating material, securing properties of flexible nanocarbon heating materials with 250°C high temperature stability, development of ultra low resistance wire electrode technology for minimizing voltage strengthening the development of printing ink manufacturing technology for nanocomposite heating materials are under research
